Refund policy

At Sparklingbee Hair, customer satisfaction and fairness are very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we maintain a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
2. Lace must not be cut
3. Wig must not be installed, styled, or washed
4. Item must be returned in its original packaging
5. Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
1. Made to Order wigs
2. Sale or discounted items
3. Wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, cut, or altered
4. Items returned without prior approval
Once an order has been processed, refunds or returns are not accepted for hygiene and quality reasons.

Return Process

If your return is approved:
1. You will receive return instructions
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds
Refunds or replacements will only be offered if:
1. A wrong or incorrect item was sent
2. There is a confirmed error on our end
(Proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.)

If approved:
1. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected
2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
In some cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds will NOT be accepted for:
1. Change of mind or personal circumstances
2. Family emergencies
3. Correctly processed orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery.
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or prepared, it cannot be cancelled or modified
This includes Made to Order items, as production may begin immediately after the order is placed.
