How long is processing time?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my wig?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, only if:
- Wig is unused
- Lace is uncut
- Item is in original condition
Made to Order and sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
- Wrong or incorrect item was sent
- There is a confirmed error on our end
All issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, processing or production may already begin.

Are your wigs ready to wear?
Yes, most of our wigs come pre-styled and ready to wear .However, some units may require slight customisation to suit your personal preference. We also offer professional customisation and installation services if you would like your wig tailored and fitted perfectly.
How do I maintain my wig?
To maintain quality and longevity, we recommend:
- Gentle washing with mild products
- Minimal use of heat styling tools
- Storing your wig on a mannequin head or in a satin bag
